Upon your arrival at the airport you will be greeted by your English-speaking
guide and you will be driven by a private car from Milan to Turin where you will
spend your first two days. After check-in at your hotel, the rest of the day is free for you to relax and to start
to visit the beautiful city of Turin. Dinner and overnight at hotel. 4-Star Hotel: Golden Palace Turin

After breakfast you will meet your guide, who will take you on a tour of
historical Turin. You will walk through the most beautiful parts of the city: Piazza
Castello, the baroque Palazzo Madama and the Royal Palace, and visit the
Duomo of Turin and the Chapel of the “Sacra Sindone”. You will be
impressed by the elegance of Piazza San Carlo, where there is the equestrian monuments
of Emanuele Filiberto and some of the most important ancient bars and shops of
Turin.
Finish your walking tour at the Piazza Carignano, where there is one of the
most beautiful and ancient theatres. At the end of the tour you will stop in one
of the famous ancient pastry shops where you will taste the famous “bicerin” of Turin. This is an exquisite, hot drink – a mixture of
espresso, chocolate and fresh crème (the process of making a “bicerin” is a
well guarded secret).
After you lunch your guide will take you to visit the Mole
Antonelliana, the symbol of the city. You will visit the top via elevator. Dinner and overnight hotel.
After your breakfast you will be picked up by your guide who will take you to
the Turinese Hills. From the center of the city you will reach the Superga Station
where you will arrive at the top of the hill with a "tramvia" railway,
unique in Italy. It's a 3 km journey, thick in the green hills which surround
the city.
From here, you can admire the “Basilica” of Superga and the
the city below. The “Basilica” was built to satisfy a vow made by
Vittorio Amedeo II, it opened in 1731 and is situated on the top of a hill at a height
of 672 meters. From here, driving on the panoramic road, you will stop at the
Church of Santa Maria, from the top of Cappuccini Mountain, offering another
evocative vista.
After lunch your tour continues towards the Langhe and Monferrato
region. Upon your arrival at the hotel in Oviglio, you will have some free time to
relax and soak in the atmosphere and beauty of the area. Dinner at the
hotel restaurant and overnight.

After breakfast, your guide will pick you up from the hotel and take you on a
full-day tour of the Langhe and Monferrato region. In the morning you will visit
the city of Alba, the capital of white truffles, which is situated in a territory
rich with history and culture. Enjoy wine tasting at the “Boroli
Cellar”, where you will taste the most famous and valuable wines of the region
such as Barolo, Barbera and Dolcetto, then stop for lunch in Alba.
In the afternoon
your tour continues to Tagliolo Monferrato, to visit its medieval castle and the
surrounding area. After your visit you will return to your hotel. Dinner in the
hotel restaurant and overnight.
