Day 1 - Arrival

Upon arrival in Spoleto check in at your accomodation.

Day 2 - Trevi and Montefalco

This morning your driver will meet you for your full-day excursion to Trevi and Montefalco.You will first be taken to the medieval village of Trevi, home of the oldest olive tree in Umbria. You will have some time to wander around the charming village before continuing to Montefalco, known as "the balcony of Umbria". You will have some time to walk around the charming ancient town and enjoy a quiet, relaxing lunch. Montefalco is known for its wines, and in the afternoon you will have the opportunity to drive along the Sagrantino wine road, stopping in at a local winery for a tasting of three different Umbrian wines. Following your wine tasting you will return to your hotel.

Day 3 - Assisi and Perugia

Your driver will meet you at your hotel for your full day excursion to the major cities of Umbria; Perugia and Assisi. Perugia, located in the heart of Italy, is a city rich in art and history. It draws Italian and international students to its two universities and many academies of art and music. The city's Etruscan walls, medieval churches, renaissance and baroque palaces still bare witness to its past splendor. For a special treat, look out for one of the local sweetshops - Perugia chocolate is famous worldwide! Continue to the hill town of Assisi, where you will meet your local guide. Exploring the town and enjoying the views are only the beginning of this great tour which takes you into the awe inspiring Basilica of St. Francis. The Basilica of Saint Francis is an artistic marvel of medieval Europe. Frescoes by Cimabue, Giotto, Simone Martini, and Pietro Lorenzetti adorn it. A 13th century historian wrote "No more exquisite monument to the Lord has been built."After your tour you will be transfered back to your accommodations.

Day 4 - Departure

After checking out of your hotel, depart for your onward travel. Transfers can be arranged for your next point or the airport or rail station or add another of packages.

2) We send you a Proposal

Shortly after your initial contact with our tour designers, you will receive a draft proposal based on your earlier discussions, normally within 2 business days. This proposal is a no obligation draft for your review and comments. Any additions or modifications will be implemented and a new proposal will be forwarded to you for approval.

3) You like what you see!

Upon meeting your requirements and expectations, you will be requested to send a deposit in the amount of 25% of total. Final Payment is due 45 days prior to scheduled departure date.

4) Buon viaggio!

Approximately, 2 weeks prior to departure you will receive a personalized and detailed day by day itinerary booklet and the necessary vouchers for the services to be provided, along with a general information section on the various regions of Italy.

The booklet and vouchers will include all the important information; addresses, phone & mobile numbers for all your service providers, hotels as well as the phone number of our office in Rome.
