An all day excursion that will lead us first to the near Florentine mountain and exactly to Vallombrosa, where the Florentine's have been taking their vacations since the sixteenth century, enjoying the meadows and peaceful cool woods.

We will visit a village where there is a still active 11th century Abbey, one of the biggest and most important Abbeys in Tuscany.

We will then arrive at the traditional monks' liqueurs laboratory.
