Meet your driver at the hotel this morning and proceed to a typical local farm in the beautiful hiss of the Sorrento Peninsula.You will participate in a culinary experience this morning with an introduction to the local Amalfitan cuisine. Arrive at the farm for a quick visit of the estate. You will see both the old olive oil press used in past centuries and its modern equivalent now used to produce the Extra Virgin Oil. You will see the gardens and agrigultural fields where they produce the fresh vegetables, fruits, olives and grapes for the wines.In a two and a half hour cooking class in the actual kitchen of the farm, your chef will guide you in the creation of a full meal. The menu will consist of an appetizer, a pasta dish, a main course and finally, a dessert. Sit down after your lesson to enjoy the fruits of your labours and partake in a leisurely lunch. Meet your driver again after lunch and return to your accommodations for an afternoon at leisure.
