Cooking Class and Walking Tour of Rome

The Rome walking tour consists of a walk through the famous Campo dei Fiori to pick out the freshest ingredients of the season. From there you walk to Chef Fabio's house located down the street from the top of the Spanish Steps. He purchased this home from a princess, he is very proud of the home and has found his clients to be very pleased to have such a personal experience. The course offers casual conversations amongst friends, a very warm and inviting environment and an openess for the clients to ask as many questions as they like throughout the day. Fabio likes to teach "techniques" that they can utilize and be creative with when they go back home. Every participant will learn the secrets behind homemade Italian pasta. Then you will also prepare a meat dish such as Involtini al vino rosso. The course will be conducted in Fabio's kitchen and lunch will be served in his panoramic dining room. It consist on the disches previous prepared plus beverages and dessert.

2) We send you a Proposal

Shortly after your initial contact with our tour designers, you will receive a draft proposal based on your earlier discussions, normally within 2 business days. This proposal is a no obligation draft for your review and comments. Any additions or modifications will be implemented and a new proposal will be forwarded to you for approval.

3) You like what you see!

Upon meeting your requirements and expectations, you will be requested to send a deposit in the amount of 25% of total. Final Payment is due 45 days prior to scheduled departure date.

4) Buon viaggio!

Approximately, 2 weeks prior to departure you will receive a personalized and detailed day by day itinerary booklet and the necessary vouchers for the services to be provided, along with a general information section on the various regions of Italy.

The booklet and vouchers will include all the important information; addresses, phone & mobile numbers for all your service providers, hotels as well as the phone number of our office in Rome.
