Hi Eisee:

I just wanted to let you know that my clients (the James group) came home and had a wonderful time in Italy. They couldn't say enough about the great treatment they received from the staff of Road to Italy. They were guided each and every step of the trip and made sure they always knew where they were going and assisted at the train station and airport.The drivers and guides were the best and always on time. The hotel staff also was great. They had a wonderful vacation and would recommend your company to anyone going to Italy. I was very glad to hear this.
So thanks again for all your advise and guidance and hope to work with you again.

We took pictures with most of our guides...here are ones of Luisa (Vatican), Rosanna (Ancient Rome) and Paola (Florence)...she was AMAZING (a middle school teacher, so she was great with our children....very enthusiastic!) I think we gave generous tips to everyone, as they all deserved them.

Thank you so much for creating the most wonderful trip for my parents! It was all that I hoped for - they wanted for nothing - all the drivers, guides, hotels, and tours were fantastic! They were treated like royalty from the moment they landed! I also appreciate your patience with me - everything I was hoping for came true and there were also many extras and surprises too! Especially the flowers, fruit and wine, and extra little stops!!! Wow!

We got back from Italy a couple of days ago and I simply had to write you and say THANK YOU so much for all of the wonderful care that your company took in arranging our travel. We felt completely cared for by all the wonderful guides and drivers that you provided. NOT ONE PERSON WAS LATE. We were always greeted on time, in a completely professional manner by everyone that you had arranged for us to spend time with. The hotels were absolutely beautiful as promised and completely central, as promised. You totally lived up to and exceeded all my expectations. As you know, my husband could not come on this trip.
